When building the district's annual instructional calendar for 2022-2023, we established Friday, 12/30/22 as the official recognition for New Year's Day per some of our contractual provisions.
At this time we are going to change the district's instructional calendar to officially recognize New Year's Day on Monday, January 2nd. The district will now be closed on January 2nd. There will be no school for students, faculty, and staff. Extracurricular events are unaffected.
For your planning-
- District offices will be closed on Friday, December 23rd and Monday, December 26th.
- Most offices will be open 8 am-3 pm Tuesday, 12/27 through Friday, 12/30.
- District offices will be closed on Monday, January 2nd.
