VISION STATEMENT
Avon Central School will foster an environment where all students will compete globally through the collaborative efforts of the Board of Education, school personnel, parents, community members, and students.

IMPORTANT DATES

• 5th Grade Orientation: August 28 (6:00 PM- 7:30 PM)

• Students in grades 6-8, are welcome to drop off materials in lockers and practice opening lockers

  • Monday, August 26th from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm

  • Tuesday, August 27th from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm

  • Wednesday, August 28th from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm

• Professional Development Days (Building Will Be Closed to Students):

  • Thursday, August 29th and Tuesday, September 3rd

• Labor Day Long Weekend (Building Closed for Holiday):

  • Friday, August 30th and Monday, September 2nd

• First Day of Classes: Wednesday, September 4th

• Picture Day: Friday, September 13th
