July 1st - August 31st: M-F - 8:00am - 3:00pm

Student Registration Process:

Step 1.

Please call or email the District Registrar with the following information:

  1. Your Name

  2. Your Current Address

  3. New Avon Address (if different from current address)

  4. Phone Number

  5. Email Address

  6. Student's Name

  7. Date of Birth

  8. Current Grade or Grade Student is Entering

  9. School District the Student is Coming From

Step 2.

Complete the New Student Registration Packet provided by the District Registrar. Once the packet has been completed, the following documentation must be submitted at the time of registration:

  1. Student Birth Certificate or Passport

  2. Guardianship Verification (if applicable)

    • Separation/Divorce Papers

    • Custody Agreement

  3. Proof of Residency - Must List your Updated Address

    • Photo Driver's License ID of Parent/Guardian

    • Mortgage/Lease Agreement

    • Payroll Stub

    • Recent Utility or Cable Bill

    • Current Auto Insurance Policy

  4. Up-to-Date Health Information - Required for Each Student

    • Immunization Record

    • Physical Examination

  5. Transportation Forms - Required for Each Student

  6. Acceptable Use Policy - Please review the Student/Parent Technology Handbook & complete the appropriate form below.
