Another solid season’s worth of results from our clay target team. 

Competing in the New York State High School Clay Target League, our trap team capped its season with a second place finish within its conference missing out on the top spot by just 34 points. 

Team members also enjoyed some impressive individual results this season, including: 

• Jameson H.: 1st place 

• Evan V.: 13th place

• Jackson L.: 16th place

• Colin M.: 17th place

• Johnathan K.: 18th place

• Wyatt B.: 21st place

In the girls division, Grace K. took 4th place overall on the season while Finley H. was close behind in 5th place. 

Jameson H. finished 21st overall in the state, shot perfect, 25/25 rounds during week 1, reserve week and practice week 2 and accomplished perfect 50/50s during practice weeks 1 and 5. 

Johnathan K. shot 25 straight during practice week 1 while Evan V. shot 25 in week 5.

Our skeet team also had a solid season, finishing in 5th place in its conference among 14 competing teams. Leading the way for the Hawks in skeet was Gavin S., who finished 10th in the males division.
