We were thrilled to welcome Ms. Elizabeth Jones to Avon Central Schools last week to speak with Mrs. Emily Schroeder’s student leadership class.

Jones is CEO of InRooms Plus, a provider of in-room food and beverage options for luxury hotel brands like Four Seasons, JW Marriott and Fountainbleu. 

She spoke with our students about how she got her start in the industry, the importance of sincerity and honesty when interacting with clients and some of the challenges she’s overcome to bring her business to the point of achieving $6 million in annual sales. 

This was a great opportunity for our students to hear from an industry professional at the helm of a successful, global business and we’re incredibly grateful to Ms. Jones for giving of her time and energy to come and speak here in Avon. 

We’re not gonna lie, the gummy bear giveaway was pretty awesome, too.
