REMINDER: Our 5th annual Veterans Day 5K is coming up fast and the deadline to purchase official merchandise to be delivered before the race through our online store is TONIGHT - Thursday, Oct. 1 - at 11:59 p.m.! 
This year’s race is set for Saturday, Oct. 24. The 800-meter kids fun run starts at 9:30 a.m. and the 5K starts at 10 a.m. Packet pick up for both events begins at 8:30 a.m.  at Avon Middle School, 191 Clinton St.
The fun run is free with a donated food item. The 5K costs $10 for those under 18, $25 for individuals and $50 for families. Veterans run for free and as always, all proceeds will go to benefit Livingston County veterans. 
Runners and spectators are asked to park solely at Avon Middle School.
